Q. What services do you offer?
A. We offer a range of cleaning services for the home or office. Whether you require a Regular service (daily, bi-weekly, weekly or fortnightly), Spring Cleans/One-Off Cleans, Move out / in Cleans or Vacating/ End of lease Cleans, we have a cleaning solution for you. Q. How does it work?
A. On booking your service, we find a suitable Cleaner and provide them with your details. We will then contact you as soon as possible to confirm arrangements. For your peace of mind, all the Cleaners we use are security checked and fully insured for Public Liability and Product Liability.
Q. How do I pay?
A. Payment is made directly to your Cleaner either by cash, cheques or direct debit. The Cleaner will in turn leave a receipt for you.
Q. How often do you service domestic homes?
A. We provide a weekly or fortnightly residential cleaning service depending on your preference. Some of our clients also prefer to have a bi-weekly service which allows you more time to focus on the more important things in your life.
Q. How often should I clean my carpets?
A. Specialists state that carpets should be professionally cleaned at least 2 times per year.
Q. Do you supply the cleaning products and equipment?
A. Yes. We supply all of our environmentally friendly products and equipment to keep your home or office free of harmful chemicals.
Q. Is your price really final or can something change it?
A. As per our terms and conditions, if the condition or layout of your property differs from the estimate confirmed during the booking, our customer care department will be in contact with you to work out any issues or add any request to the quote before we proceed with the service.
Q. Is your work guaranteed?
A. Nice Cleaning guarantees to provide a service that you will be completely satisfied with. If you are not satisfied with our service call us within 48 hours and we will revisit your placeand correct any reasonable problem.
Q. How soon can I walk on the carpet?
A. You can walk on the carpet immediately after cleaning by wearing either socks or clean shoes. Wait at least 24 hours before removing any protective shield under your furniture.
Q. Can you remove stains?
A. Our cleaners have a stain treatment with them. We can remove most stains but there are stains that we can not completely remove.
Q. Will your cleaners be able to come after 6pm because I`m working during the day?
A. Actually, what most customers do is just leaving the key under the door matt or in the letter box. In this case, our cleaners easily take the key, clean the property and after they finish they leave the key on the same place.
Q. What about my pets?
A. Please advise us in advance if you have pets, particularly dogs. Usually we ask that you make arrangements to ensure your pet won’t impede the work of our Cleaners.
